Shipping policy

Production & Shipping
Our products are made to order using the print-on-demand process.
Production begins only after your order has been received – we do not keep stock items.

Shipping is handled directly by our production partners (e.g. Shirtee, Printy6) from various locations worldwide.

Delivery Time
Depending on the product and destination, the processing time is usually 2–4 business days, and the delivery time 7–20 business days.

Shipping Costs & Partial Deliveries
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
If you order multiple products produced at different locations, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
In that case, you will receive each partial delivery at no additional shipping cost.

Shipping Costs & Fairness
We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.99 per order.
The actual costs for postage and packaging are usually higher – we cover the difference for you.
Transparency is important to us. That’s why we don’t include additional shipping costs in our product prices but keep a fair and uniform flat rate for all orders.

Delivery to Parcel Stations
Unfortunately, delivery to DHL Packstations is currently not possible, as our partners work with various carriers (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DPD) and not all can deliver to parcel stations.

Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway) and for imports from non-EU countries (e.g. USA, Asia), additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.
